The Chilean Salmon Marketing Council is excited to announce multiple events at Seafood Expo North America.

Please join us for our annual Breakfast Presentation and Update at Seafood Expo North America on Monday, March 16, 2020 at the Westin Boston Waterfront. To RSVP, please click this link. The event will feature a presentation by His Excellency – Alfonso Silva Navarro, Ambassador of Chile to the United States of America. On Sunday, March 15, we will host a luncheon seminar titled: Seafood Consumption and Brain Health: What Research Suggests and Seafood Leaders Need to Know.

Join us from 12:30 – 1:15PM in Room 155 (Level 1) at the Boston convention center to hear from Dr. Uma Naidoo who serves as Director of Nutritional and Lifestyle Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and instructor at Harvard Medical School.

Later on Sunday from 1:00 – 2:00PM we are also sponsoring a culinary demonstration titled: Innovation with Farmed Chilean Salmon and Oysters with Chef Jeremy Sewall and Barton Seaver.

Attendees will enjoy an exploration of seafood sustainability and delicious sustainable Farmed Atlantic Salmon and local Oysters with Chef Jeremy Sewall, one of Boston’s leading chefs and Barton Seaver – chef, author, and leading sustainable seafood expert. This event is located at the demonstration stage in the middle of the trade show floor: Booth 1865.
